General Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care. Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear once processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
