Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress in real time.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs are outside our control.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for most new, unused, and uninstalled items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:​

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • All components, packaging, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical components and sensors

  • Custom-made or special-order parts

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return:
Email shaneel.lal@axlaccessories.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.


Refunds:
After inspection, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


Product Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the correct item. We’ll process the refund once we receive and verify your return.
